I thought I could simply upgrade to Windows 10. So I took the .iso for Windows 10 from a free download from Microsoft. I did this from my Macbook Pro using terminal. The PC still refused to boot with the flash drive. But now, the flash drive is called J_CCSA_X64FRE_EN-US_DV5 and I cannot format it in Disk Utility.
